Dr. Nayak has done his Ph.D. in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He possesses vast training and research experiences. He has worked in the field of education and health. He was also involved in Training and Research activities of India Population Project –VIII, a World Bank funded RCH Project in Delhi. Prior to joining SICP, he worked as the Pedagogical Advisor to the National Director of the SOS Children’s Villages of India and Village Director of SOS Greenfields.
Mr. Ansari has done his Post-Graduation in Extension Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has been working in the development sector since last seven years. He has got expertise in facilitating, conducting and organizing training programmes and various capacity building workshops. He is an energetic field worker, and oriented to results that impact the lives of the people.
Mr. Kumar holds a B.Com degree and he has been working in the development sector since last three years. He likes to work to perfection.
Mr. Rawat is with Sampradaan since its inception. His commitment and loyalty towards Sampradaan is commendable and a matter of example for others.
